Can you get your ex back with hypnosis?

Wanting to get your ex back is a mindset problem. I’m not saying it is good or bad because either way, your subconscious will know all the ways to resolve it for you. And you can access those resources through the hypnosis.

When you want your ex back, you’restuck a state of mind that you’ve created.

There’s a couple things that are going on…

There’s your mindset, how you’re thinking about it and there’s another part of this wanting to get your ex back that’s an emotional part nd these two parts are not in total alignment.

Logically if your ex wanted to be with you she/he actually would be with you.

There’s this part that logically you gets that you’re not together for whatever reason. That whatever the reason is, you it makes sense to move on. Rationally, you don’t want to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with you.

There’s another part of you, the emotional part of you that still wants to be with the person, even when you know logically that it wasn’t working for whatever reason.

I get this because I dated someone who was lying and cheating and I had to dump his ass because I found receipts (literally).

Logically I knew that I didn’t want to be with a lying cheater but emotionally it was the biggest mind truck because I knew he was cheating and had my suspicions. Then I came across physical proof that confirmed what my intuition was trying to tell me all along that he was cheating. But I couldn’t prove it.

When I would bring it up something that my intuition would show me, he would gaslight me. And even though what he was saying wasn’t totally making sense, he would make me feel stupid for bringing up what I was bringing up.

Looking back, I should have pushed back and kept on it until I got a satisfactory answer but I didn’t want to cause conflict or seem like a crazy person for accusing him of cheating.

So back to wanting your ex back, there’s logically what makes sense to you when you’re trying to move on. You can think critically about letting go with seven bits of information (+/- 2) that your conscious mind can work with at once.

But there’s also all this emotional stuff also that causes you to latch on to the thought of getting your ex back.

It’s like that saying, “The heart wants what the heart wants,” even though logically things don’t make sense. Even though you’re asking yourself why would the heart want someone that doesn’t want them?

And logically you know that what really makes for a good relationship is two willing participants. So there’s this this conflict inside you where your current situation is very different from your desired reality.

There’s all of this emotional stuff below the surface that doesn’t make sense to you all.

The conscious mind is trying to work all of this out and that’s actually part of the problem because all of this emotional stuff is not in the realm of logic.

So maybe you have talked to a therapist, a coach, you’ve read articles, blog posts, you’ve watched hours of videos and probably somewhere in there was the answer but you’re just not able to hear it.

Logically all the advice everyone is giving you probably makes sense. You’ve probably got the answer to letting go and moving on but emotionally nothing is making sense for you because you just want what you want. You want your ex back.

The heart wants what the heart wants may be a re-occurring theme with you inside of relationships, or inside of the type of people that you choose.

I was working with a client who had this pattern of of choosing women who did not have mutual feelings. He wasn’t interested in women who liked him or he was interested in women who just wasn’t feeling it. There was something about him that when he wanted something he wanted it and so that was causing this huge gap in his current situation and where he wanted to be.

We did a hypnosis session because he felt that there were two relationships that he was still stuck on, even though years had passed. He was still attached in some way, wishing that the relationship would have been a different way.

These two relationships that were holding him back even though logically, it made no sense for him to still be attached. Somewhere deep within him, he could not let go emotionally and it sabotaged any new relationship that actually had a chance.

But the heart wants what the heart wants and there’s a strong pull to the past, a strong emotional pull that got in his way. Emotionally he wanted his exes back.

So we did hypnosis and he got insights and his superconscious mind started figuring things out. I won’t tell you exactly what happened but the issue of wanting his exes back was resolved after years of being stuck.

At the end of the session, h had a solution. He felt good when he thought of dating, he felt that anything and everything was possible for him and his love life.

I’m not going to tell you what his solution was because you can have your own experience of hypnosis and your superconscious mind can find all the solutions that will works for you and pick the best one. All the answers are there right now. All you have to go connect with your subconscious and find out for yourself.

At the end of his hypnosis session, he had connected with all the resources of his subconscious mind and knew exactly how to let go of the past and move on.

so yes, hypnosis can help resolve that issue of wanting to get your ex back in the way that’s going to be totally satisfactory for you and your situation.

If it was up to logic and your conscious mind, you probably would have figured out how to get your ex back .

but it takes more than just thinking about it because of the emotional component of the problem.

It takes more than just thinking about it and trying to resolve it with your conscious mind. And at some level you know this.

At the level where you still feel a connection to someone who has moved on without you, you know you need to move on but you’re just not quite sure how.
