When you’ve been working on a problem and you just can’t seem to solve it with your conscious mind…

The problem is persisting even though you’re reading books, you’re watching videos, reading blogs, maybe you’re even seeing a coach because you have a problem that you’re trying to resolve.

With other problems that can actually be resolved with your conscious mind, all of that stuff that you do to resolve the problem usually works and then you move on.

But if there’s some area in your life where these problems keep persisting, there’s probably a subconscious element that needs to be solved. That’s why you’re not able to solve it in the usual way, with your conscious mind.

So when you have a problem that you just can’t seem to solve with your conscious mind, it’s a good time to try hypnosis because hypnosis can resolve what’s going with a different set of resources and answers in your. subconscious mind

The other types of problems that hypnosis really helps are the ones where you want something but at the same time, you don’t want it.

For example, if you want to stop smoking, there’s a part of you that really wants to stop smoking. And there’s another part of you that just lights up without thinking. Maybe it’s when you’re drinking or on a coffee break.

You tell yourself that you’re going to quit but then you find yourself telling yourself, “Just one more and I’ll quit tomorrow.”

There’s a part of you that wants to quit but there’s another part of yourself that is getting some type of hidden (or not so hidden) payoff from continuing the behavior.

When you have this inner conflict, you could take that as a sign that there’s a conscious element existing in your conscious mind that wants to quit but there’s this other subconscious part, a habitual, automatic part…

A part that might be getting some type of payoff from that behavior and that part of things is very dominant, and that’s why your behavior continues.

And even though consciously, you want to quit, you have this internal struggle.

So when you feel that internal conflict, that’s also a good time to try hypnosis because hypnosis can resolve what’s going on in that subconscious mind.

Hypnosis can take everything outside the conscious choice of wanting to quit and the other part that seems to be in opposition; and it can align both of those parts.

Hypnosis can find all the answers, all the resources, all the results that you’re looking for. And they are already there inside your subconscious mind.

Hypnosis allows you to connect to those resources.

There’s something that’s driving your behavior to smoke and once you access those resources in your subconscious mind, they can drive you in alignment with your goal of wanting to quit.

So if you’ve had a problem that persists or you have this inner conflict don’t stop all the other things that you’re doing.

Just add hypnosis.
