It will come up with every single excuse for you to stay where you are, even though with your conscious mind you really want to end up somewhere totally different.
For now, just notice…
Because this is a brain that’s been designed to survive.
As long as you make it through the day your brain is okay with that.
So it really takes something to take a step out towards your desires.
