What I really enjoyed about working with Liana and having her take me through a hypnosis session is the fact that I thought that I was seeing her for one thing, but as we got into the conversation, I was having all these realizations about my childhood, why I was so stressed and felt so purposeless. As a hypnotherapist myself, it can be hard to separate client from therapist and relax enough to be able to have a successful session.
